Mr. Ogburn is a principal partner and founder of California Financial Services and since 1989 has been providing financial advice and guidance to California public school districts. Mr. Ogburn’s experience includes assisting school districts in the planning and implementation of comprehensive school facilities funding programs utilizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Special Tax Bonds, Certificates of Participation and Lease Revenue Bonds.

Prior to starting California Financial Services, Mr. Ogburn was an institutional bond salesperson.
